What are you currently driving?

An Audi A5, which was loaned to me by Carroll & Kinsella, after my Lexus was stolen twice last year. So I bought it.

Love at first sight, or just a means to get from A to B?

I enjoy it. The seats warm up: perfect for 5am starts, while driving to TV3 on cold mornings.

What’s under the bonnet?

A mystery.

Petrol head or Sunday driver?

Anything but Driving Miss Daisy.

What was your first car?

A light-green Fiat Punto.

What else do/did you own?

I loved my Lexus, it was my pride and joy, but I hope to have more luck with my Audi.

Dream drive in dream location?

Having see the film, Grace of Monaco, I want to drive around there, in an open-top convertible and get a tan.

Passenger you’d most like on a long journey?

I should say my hubby, Karl, but I’ll be interesting and say Bette Midler. She does a long drive in the film, Beaches, doesn’t she? She could sing to me.

Passenger you’d least like?

Jedward. Lovely lads, but could you imagine it. ‘Are we there yet? Are we there yet?’ Haha.

What’s on your playlist?

Beyonce, Queen and Bruno Mars. When I do The Cheerios panto at TheTivoli, every Xmas, I pre-record all my songs, then learn them as I drive to TV3. So, if you ever see me singing on the M50 at 6am, that’s usually the reason why.
