The Equestrian Federation of Ireland has announced that the blood portion of the ‘B’ sample taken from the horse ridden by Ireland’s Olympic gold medallist, Cian O’Connor, is still available for testing and will be tested in New York rather than Hong Kong.

Documents relating to the alleged doping of the Olympic horse Waterford Crystal were reportedly stolen during yesterday morning's break-in at the Equestrian Federation of Ireland's offices.

It is being reported that the substances found in samples taken from two of Cian O'Connor's horses were Fluphenazine and Guanabenz in ABC Landliebe, and Fluphenazine and Zuclopenthixol in Waterford Crystal.

The door of the office of the Equestrian Federation of Ireland (EFI) in Kildare was forced and a cabinet rifled through during a break-in overnight.

Gardaí in Co Kildare are investigating an overnight break-in at the offices of the Equestrian Federation of Ireland in the town of Kill.
