The funeral has taken place of 49-year-old mother of two Valerie Greaney, who died in tragic circumstances at the family home in Cobh, Co Cork, last Sunday.

The Cork woman stabbed to death by her husband in her own home will be buried today.

A technical examination took place overnight at the Co Cork home where a husband and wife were stabbed to death.
