Ryanair and airline boss Michael O'Leary have been accused of insulting the Government's Transport Committee by failing to attend a meeting over the cancellation controversy.

Executives from Volkswagen Ireland will face a grilling from TDs and Senators today when the Transport Committee looks at the emissions scandal at the car maker.
