The head priest of a prominent shrine in Tokyo was ambushed and killed with a samurai sword, apparently by her brother, who then took his own life, police in the Japanese capital have said.

Stephen Henry, 41, was convicted of murdering father-of-two John Cooke in Lisburn in 2004.

The PSNI has confirmed a second man has died following a samurai sword attack in south Belfast last Wednesday night.
