This Gullane, Roscarbery farm, which hits the market this week, was the home of the late John Burns, a man who was well known in the Roscarbery/Glandore area of West Cork as a collector of vintage cars and tractors and a dealer in farm machinery.

About 1km east of Skibbereen, on the main Cork road, this 73-acre farm is just on the market through Hodnett Forde Auctioneers.

THE executor is the only vendor to go public at the moment, says auctioneer Tom Brady, who has a 48-acre farm auction in west Cork on February 26.
