A trial judge today threatened to send various media reports to the Attorney General in connection with the coverage of the trial of five Limerick men accused of murder.

The trial of five Limerick men for the murder of Kieran Keane and the attempted murder of his nephew opened amid tight security in Dublin's Cloverhill courthouse today.

Gardai in Limerick have begun a technical examination of a house in the city as part of their investigation into the murder of gang leader Kieran Keane last Wednesday night.
