U2 frontman Bono defied security in Cannes, France last night to get to the NRJ Music Awards ceremony on time.

Hollywood star Nicole Kidman put her personal problems aside as she shone at the premiere of her new movie Moulin Rouge which opened this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
