Five young men were arrested and charged yesterday with engaging in violent disorder at Skehard Rd in Cork just over a year ago.

A one-handed taxi driver explained that he did not lift a heavy suitcase out of the boot of his car for an airport passenger because of his disability but the woman in the car felt that he was verbally abusive and she complained to gardaí about his behaviour.
