THE Lord Mayor of Cork has appealed for the family of a man killed in a violent feud to be given the space to mourn at his funeral Mass, which takes place this morning.

Gardaí fear there will be retaliation attacks and that a family feud will intensify after the death of a man following a fight outside a Cork city bar, according to the Evening Echo newspaper.
