A 10-YEAR-OLD boy in Britain has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after the death of a man in a road crash, it was disclosed yesterday.

The search resumed this morning for a man whose toddler son died after he was found floating in the English Channel last night, the coastguard said.

ROY WHITING, the killer of British schoolgirl Sarah Payne, has been caged for at least 50 years, it was confirmed yesterday.

Sarah Payne's killer, Roy Whiting, will be held in jail for at least 50 years.

A 42-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Sarah Payne.
