IAWS Group plc has today announced its intention to seek admission for its subsidiary Origin Enterprises on the IEX market of the Irish Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Food distribution company Fyffes has made a before-tax profit of €35.2m for the first six months of the year, down from €74.7m in the same period last year.

Irish Estates plc has become the third new company to list on the Irish Stock Exchange’s IEX market since its launch.
