Gardaí in Dublin reportedly believe that dissident republicans manufactured a pipe bomb that exploded outside a house in the Coolock area of the city yesterday afternoon.

A MAN escaped serious injury yesterday after a pipe bomb exploded in front of him outside his house in Coolock, north Dublin.
