A DEADLY soccer stadium accident in Brazil over the weekend has exposed grossly inadequate infrastructure in the country that will host the World Cup in 2014.

Eight people died after a section of stands at a football stadium in Brazil collapsed as fans cheered at the end of a game on Sunday, police said.
