A BOUNCER was fined €400 yesterday for assaulting a man after he was removed from his nightclub.

RESIDENTS in Cork will today stage a protest on the North Ring Road over the failure of the city council to carry out repair works on flats at Mount Farran Place and Farrancleary Place in Blackpool.
