A murder accused is alleged to have fatally stabbed a Dublin man with a garden shears outside his mobile home at a Finglas halting site, prosecutors have told a trial jury.

A man whose drink-driving caused the death of a computer programmer on his way home after celebrating his 29th birthday, has been jailed for three years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
