A homeless man has brought a High Court challenge against the Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton's refusal to pay him supplementary welfare allowance.

A 57-YEAR-OLD convicted sex offender wanted in Scotland for allegedly failing to notify the authorities there of his whereabouts has consented to his extradition from Ireland to Britain.
