BORD Gáis unveiled three possible routes last night for a proposed €60 million pipeline to increase gas supply to the south.

FOLLOWING intense negotiations with Bord Gais officials, the IFA yesterday announced it had agreed an improved compensation package for landowners affected by a proposed gas pipeline due to run from Curraleigh West in Tipperary, to Midleton in Co Cork.

BORD GÁIS is to build a multi-million euro pipeline from south Tipperary to east Cork to increase supply in the region.
