Evidence of garda interviews conducted with two men accused of the possession of an assault rifle and a handgun is not admissible at their trial, the Special Criminal Court has ruled.

A brother of murdered dissident republican Alan Ryan and another man have been charged with firearms offences as part of a garda investigation in to the murder of Dublin man Michael Kelly in 2011.
