A bomb exploded outside a police barracks on the holiday island of Majorca today injuring several people.

The Spanish Interior Ministry says a suspected car bomb has exploded near a Civil Guard barracks in the northern city of Burgos.

A car bomb killed two people, including an eight-year-old girl, in front of the Civil Guard barracks last night in the Spanish resort town of Santa Pola.
