The ISEQ-index of Irish shares has continued its surge into positive territory with a 13.64 point increase this morning to 9449.13.

Car manufacturer MG Rover is considering Slovakia as a possible location to build its new £280m (€398m) production plant, official Slovak news agency TASR has reported.
