Irish tennis officials were left fuming after Finland refused to play the final match in the Davis Cup tie at the Castleknock Club.

Dubliner Karen Nugent’s bid for glory in the final of the Irish Open Women’s Tennis Championship, was shattered by Australian teenager, Dubravka Cupac, at the Castleknock Club, Dublin on Saturday.
