A seven-year jail term was suspended today in the case against a Lithuanian man on condition that he would leave Ireland by midnight tomorrow.

A forty two year old man is due to appear before Tralee District Court later today charged in connection with the seizure of 20,000 ecstasy tablets during an operation in Carrigaline, Co.Cork.
