Five males, including three teenagers, yesterday appeared in court on multiple charges relating to a crime rampage during which, it was alleged, several high-powered cars had been stolen.

A Limerick father-of-five, who was trying to protect his family, shot three men outside his home killing one of them, a court heard earlier today.
