A group of US media organisations have asked a Colorado judge to make public the arrest warrant and other documents involving JonBenet Ramsey murder suspect John Karr.

John Mark Karr, the suspect in the killing of six-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, arrived in the US after a 15-hour flight from Thailand on which he sipped champagne, dined on fried king prawns and roast duck, and exchanged what he described as “small talk” with law enforcement escorts.

An American expatriate school teacher said publicly today he was with JonBenet Ramsey when she died in what he called “an accident", a stunning admission after a decade without answers in the six-year-old’s murder.
