The Dublin Docklands Development Authority has been asked by the commercial court to provide witness statements in the action by bankrupt developer Bernard McNamara concerning the controversial €412m sale of the Irish Glass Bottle site in Ringsend.

Environment Minister John Gormley is today rejecting Fine Gael accusations that he is involved in a cover-up in relation to the activities of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
