I WISH to take issue with Brendan Hogan’s letter headlined ‘Cannabis use should not concern the State’ (Irish Examiner, February 2).

HOW sad to read (Irish Examiner, January 31) that the Government is to persist with road tolls.

THE number of medical cards issued in counties Cavan and Monaghan has decreased dramatically over the last seven years, despite population surges in both counties, and stagnant income levels.
