Police have been given 15 days to interrogate the owner of a Bangladesh building that collapsed last week, killing at least 384 people.

Thousands of garment workers in an area of Bangladesh where clothes are made for foreign companies including Marks & Spencer clashed with police today, amid protests over a new minimum wage.

Around 700 clothing factories in Bangladesh were closed today following violent protests by tens of thousands of workers demanding better wages.
