A man on trial at Cork District Court for threatening his nephew at a bus stop was caught photographing gardaí and the judge in the courtroom.

A woman claimed she was put in fear by her ex-husband when he arrived at her home at night and allegedly smashed the wing mirror off her car with an iron bar but he said through his solicitor that this was “all lies”.
