A DOCTOR who failed to record the removal of a mole in a cancer fatality case has been found guilty of professional misconduct.

A DOCTOR is before a Medical Council fitness to practise inquiry over the care he gave to a man who died of cancer 15 months after a mole was surgically removed from his back.
