The widow of the drowned skipper of the doomed Tit Bonhomme trawler has called for an immediate review of how the 999 calls from the sinking vessel were handled the morning of the tragedy.

There could have been at least two more survivors of the Tit Bonhomme tragedy if there had been a quicker helicopter response, the widow of its skipper Michael Hayes claimed.
