A man purporting to have information about the murder of a Catholic postman more than 10 years ago was found dead at the bottom of a Belfast cliff, a coroner’s court has heard.

The Moriarty Tribunal could end up costing the State over €120m and has already made millionaires out of a number of the inquiry’s top lawyers.

A Stg£20,000 (€33,000) reward is being offered in a bid to catch the paramilitaries who murdered a young Catholic postman in Co Antrim.
