The prosecution of the Hyde & Seek creche chain and two directors for breaking child care laws relies on footage broadcast in an RTÉ Investigates programme, a court has heard.

Tusla has said it has been proactively addressing areas of non-compliance with regulations in three crèches since 2018, following an RTÉ investigation.
