The 27 members of Transplant Team Ireland were welcomed home by a large gathering of family, friends and supporters at Dublin Airport today showing off their haul of 32 medals from the 21st World Transplant Games in Malaga.

A nine-year-old boy from Waterford has become the youngest ever Irish transplant athlete to win a gold medal at the World Transplant Games in Sweden.
