America’s track golden girls are looking forward to a glittering Olympics after they showed their younger rivals at the US team trials they still have what it takes to be in the medal hunt.

Marion Jones kept her Olympic hopes alive by coming through long jump qualifying at the US track and field trials in California this morning.
