MARINE Minister Pat ‘The Cope’ Gallagher is to meet next Tuesday with the father of a 14-year-old boy who drowned at sea 10 years ago.

The father of a teenager who died in a canoeing tragedy 10 years ago has slammed what he called the Government's failure to introduce promised legislation aimed at saving lives at sea.
