A digital screen displaying the faces of some of Britain’s most wanted fugitives is being driven around popular expat areas in Spain.

A notorious criminal suspected of killing an innocent Irish father in front of his terrified family during a sun holiday in Spain has finally been captured after a three-year manhunt.

Independent charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 (€12,400) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of David Black.
