Rebekah Brooks’ phone was hacked twice a week by colleagues at the News of the World while she was editing The Sun, the Leveson Inquiry heard today.

RUPERT Murdoch said phone hacking at one of his flagship newspapers was “deplorable and unacceptable” as David Cameron ordered a public inquiry into the scandal.
