Police and the FBI are trying to determine whether the killing of three Muslims during a neighbourhood parking and noise dispute was a hate crime.

The fatal shooting of three family members near the University of North Carolina campus in the US was motivated by a neighbour dispute over parking, police said.

Three people have been shot to death in the US at a condominium complex east of the University of North Carolina campus and a man has been arrested.
