Ardscoil Rís produced a surprise but deserved result to advance to the final of the Avonmore Munster Schools Junior Cup final with victory over favourites Presentation Brothers College at Musgrave Park yesterday.

PBC booked their place in the semi-final of the Avonmore Milk Munster Schools’ Junior Cup with an excellent performance at Musgrave Park.

Crescent Comprehensive, chasing a third consecutive Munster Junior Cup win were beaten by Presentation Brothers Cork in an entertaining game at Dooradoyle yesterday.
