AUSTRALIAN authorities used an email account to track down a man accused of breaking into a family’s home in Australia and chaining a fake bomb device to a teenager’s neck as part of an extortion ploy, according to documents released yesterday.

A man is due in court in the US to face extradition proceedings in connection with a fake bomb alert.
