MORE than 1,000 sailors took to the water at Crosshaven on a mild and sunny autumn weekend, three-quarters of them competing in the opening session of the O’Flynn Exhams Autumn League Series from the RCYC.

THE HM Yachts Autumn series continued at RCYC. In a brisk north westerly breeze Race Officer Roy Hanan (Plumbat) and his team opted for course 74.

THE mid-summer interlude in West Cork over for another year, racing is back to full swing along the coast and this weekend will be particularly hectic in Cork Harbour, with the Royal Cork holding its annual two-day At Home Regatta.
