Tottenham are adamant that Luka Modric will depart for South Africa for the club's pre-season tour tomorrow despite reports an increased bid from Chelsea for the playmaker.

Luka Modric’s agent claims Chelsea will have to up their reported £22m bid for his client if they are to prise him away from Tottenham.
