The Menu is very much looking forward to the mingling with the 10,000 or so expected at Cork City Hall for the 2019 Cork and Kerry Food Market (November 1-2), a showcase for splendid food and drinks produced in the two counties.

One of The Menu’s most favourite epicurean experiences takes place each year in the wonderfully welcoming surrounds of Knockranny House Hotel where some conglomeration of winemakers assembles for a weekend of tastings, masterclasses and a wonderful dinner from chef Seamus Commons, complementing these liquid wares.

Peter Mulryan will give a day long Gin Distilling Workshop at the West Waterford Festival of Food which takes place next weekend (April 21-23).
