A MEMBER of the November 17 terrorist group has confessed to assassinating the British military attache in Athens two years ago, Greek police said yesterday.

Greek police announced today they have a suspected November 17 terrorist in custody, their first-ever breakthrough in a 27 year war against Europe’s most elusive urban guerrilla group.
