Mohammed al Fayed has lost a claim for damages over what he had called a flawed part of the inquiry into the death of Princess Diana.

A court will next week hear a lawsuit by Mohammed Al Fayed that claims a French judge conducted a flawed inquiry into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and his son Dodi Fayed.

Two photographers cleared of contributing to Princess Diana's death have been placed under investigation on charges of invading the privacy of Dodi Fayed.
