Retired archbishop Desmond Tutu has been admitted to a South African hospital for the third time in recent months.

Retired Archbishop Desmond Tutu has cancelled travel plans for the rest of the year so he can undergo new treatment for prostate cancer, it has been announced.

Desmond Tutu will not be attending Nelson Mandela’s funeral because he did not receive credentials to do so, a spokesman for the retired archbishop has said.
