IBEC, the group that represents Irish business, today cautiously welcomed the publication of an Energy White Paper by Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Minister for Communication, Marine and Natural Resources Noel Dempsey.

THE international arm of the ESB has won a contract to manage and oversee the construction of a power plant in Namibia.
