THE US Supreme Court yesterday agreed to consider the constitutionality of lethal injections in a case that could affect the way inmates are executed around the country.

A CONVICTED killer’s execution was postponed for the second time in less than a day amid continuing concerns over the constitutionality of California’s lethal injection policy.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has sent another man to the execution chamber, after turning down appeals for clemency.
