Seeking an injunction requiring Facebook to remove one of its pages is like taking legal action against a brick wall holding up an advertising poster, the High Court has heard.

Ian Bailey and four of his lawyers were yesterday given permission by the High Court to inspect transcripts of conversations recorded between gardaí at Bandon station and various people, including journalists.
